Set up an invoice that repeats. Facturwise generates each instance on the schedule you choose, sends or saves it, and keeps a count of how many have gone out so far.
Use it for monthly retainers, ongoing subscriptions, quarterly service contracts. Fix the number of repeats up front so the schedule has a clear end.

When an invoice's due date passes without payment, Facturwise sends a friendly reminder to your client and flips the status to overdue. You do not chase. You do not write the email. You do not even open the dashboard.
Reminders go out automatically once a day for any invoice that is past due. If you would rather send one yourself or pick a different moment, the manual send button is still in the invoice menu.
